Michelle Stiglets Riding Instruction
About
I am blessed to get to do what I love for a living, teach english riding lessons! I started riding when i was 8 and grew up showing on the A show circuit.
I teach all levels of riding and specialize in Hunters and Equitation. I believe in teaching everything from how to catch a horse in the pasture, to grooming, tacking up, riding and how to get them ready to be turned out again and everything else in between. It is my goal to create horsemen and women, not just riders.
The facility is located on Manor, TX but I am available to come to your place as well.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I start all new students off by going over safety practices and explaining how to read a horses body language. Safety is my top priority because of the size, strength and nature of horses.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I began riding and showing horses over 35 years ago. I have been lucky enough to earn from some of the top trainers!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private lessons taken on premises are $40. When paid in a monthly block you will receive a 10% discount.
Off premises lessons are available by quote based on time and travel
How did you get started teaching?
I taught my first lessons in college to earn extra money and pay for my own riding habit.
After time away from riding, for a career in photography, I was given the opportunity it to teach again and I am loving it!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with complete beginners through advanced riders. I also teach children with learning disabilities and those on "the spectrum." My student's parents can attest to the fact that they have seen huge positive, changes in their children and I have had children released from occupational therapy because of the strength and flexibility gained through riding.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Seeing the smiles on my student's faces daily, as they accomplish new goals, brings me so much happiness!
