Hi! I am excited to see that you are interested in getting assistance in reaching your fitness goals! I have over 10 years of experience in coaching and 5 years of experience in personal training. I am a certified personal trainer, with a Masters in Coaching. I played NCAA Basketball and was also a NCAA Cross Country Athlete. I have also played basketball on the pro level in 3 countries.
