I go above and beyond to ensure your child has fun while learning in a calm, stress-free environment. With a background in English riding and hunter jumpers, my lessons range from basic horsemanship to balance exercise to even some jumping! I typically bring everything I need for our lessons together, including trot poles for some fun exercises. Other services I provide include horse exercising, training, grooming, and any other care needs. Out of town? I will come check on your horses to ensure they are properly cared for! I love watching students learn about riding and caring for their equine family! We set goals based on what your child knows and I love celebrating even the smallest achievements.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first lesson is focused on setting goals and seeing where the rider is at. After the initial assessment, I develop a plan for each student so that we can work on accomplishing their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been riding English style since I was a little girl. I recently picked it back up as an adult two years ago and have showed in competitions. I also have previous experience teaching beginner and intermediate lessons.

My students range from beginner to intermediate level.
