Our coaching programs are International Coaching Federation approved and are led by certified professional life coaches. Our coaching philosophy is that "the solutions exist within. " We as coaches just ask the questions that help you explore your inner truth and reveal the answers. Our coaching sessions are held in a convenient mobile or virtual format. And our coaches are available to you 24/7 via text to keep you accountable and meeting your goals faster. This is a complimentary service to all of our coaching clients.

After a client registers for a program they will be assigned an instructor, trainer or coach. During thier free inital session, clients will work with their assigned E4L team member to construct and design their accountability agreement and discuss program goals.
All of our coaches are required to be certified through the International Coaching Federation, the largest accredited professional coaching regulation organization in the world. In addition, our coaches have at least two years of experience in the field in addition to other formal education. Endurance 4 Life Coaches are also required to enroll in continuing education courses each year to stay up to date on new research and techniques in the ever evolving coaching field.
Our director of fitness programs, Annette Graves is a Cooper Institute trained and certified Personal trainer she also holds a bachelor of science degree in addition to various group fitness certifications. She utilized her education and military experience to personally create our fitness programs.

Annette Graves became interested in physical health during her time in the United States Army. After retiring and becoming a working mother of 3, she maintained a small network of military neighbors and mothers of which she trained independently. She later went on to become a Cooper Institute trained personal trainer. And in 2017, she became E4L's director of fitness programs.
Our director of Coaching Programs, Shampaigne Graves designed and created our dynamic coaching programs after graduating from the Life Coaching Institute of Orange County. An accelerated International Coaching Federation accredited program. After graduation, she went on to work in the field as a professional health and life coach before co-founding Endurance 4 Life Training in 2017.
Our training clients are typically working professionals, brides and bridal parties, seniors, and working/over-worked parents looking to make time for their personal health when they don't have other obligations. Clients with busy schedules who want to prioritize their health without sacrificing much of their time. With our mobile and virtual training format, clients don't need to worry about gas, gym crowds or expensive memberships. Our trainers can come to you or your session can be completed virtually via skype.
Our typical coaching clients tend to be busy professionals, seeking to prioritize their time better. We also see engaged and married couples who want to work on effective communication. However our clientele have included creatives, parents, entrepreneurs and young adults. Our dynamic coaching principles can be applied to most situations and our clients of all walks of life have seen drastic life changes after enrolling in our coaching programs.
