Cas Training mission is to motivate and guide all players of all ability levels to become students of a game. We are a network of basketball minds from around the country who constantly share experiences and strategies to provide the best experience possible for young and adult basketball players. Whether your child is just getting introduced to basketball, or if they are preparing for the season on their varsity team, we have proven expertise to guide their basketball skill development in the proper progression.
I have a passion to teach student-athletes to appreciate their sport and remain dedicated while improving and success will follow. All in all, I enjoy being in a sports environment and being a Sports and Performance coach allows me to do so.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Consultation with CAS Training Player evaluation with respect to position, age, height.Set up a training suggestion for future sessions and get player familiar with CAS Training 45 min session length at $35.00
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$45: 1 session package with CAS Training. 60 minute session length. 1 on 1 instructional training catered specifically to the athletes needs. Great emphasis can be placed on shooting mechanics. Follow up work and an evaluation will be given to both athlete and parents. Packages are always better.
