Body Renovation Dallas is not your typical gym. We are an organization focused strictly on helping individuals in a compact setting, meaning quality over quantity. Here at Body Renovation Dallas helping you achieve your fitness goals is our focus and is the only way that we measure our success. Our 1 on 1 approach helps us get to know and understand you and we use state of the art tools, knowledge and experience to measure your strengths and weaknesses to properly create a personal training program that designed around you and your specific needs. Our approach is to be there with you every step of the way, which means not only working out with you each time you come in, but also creating a proper meal plan for you to follow. We teach you to make yourself accountable and with our routine check-ins we ensure that you create good habits for yourself.
Our trainers work together to make the best possible environment for each client. We can work with you at our facility or we can bring the fitness program to you. We are conveniently located near Lakewood, Highland Park, University Park, Uptown and North Dallas but we can travel anywhere in the DFW area we are needed.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The Client receive a free session to map out thier fitness goals, fill out a health questionaire. Then we proceed to weigh, take measurements and body fat. Thats when client and I sit down an go over the program that is put togeather for them. I will ask them for a 3 day food journal before I make the meal plan.
