Also certified in Bootybarre/Barre, Pop Pilates/Pilates (not Reformer), PiYo, Cycle, Silver Sneakers & Silver Sneakers Yoga, Enhance Fitness, TRX, Kettlebell, Mashup, Personal Training. 4 years teaching. 15 year veteran elementary teacher. Offer personal lessons, group or corporate lessons. Zoom Virtual Classes of 45 min each.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I offer a free, 20 minute consultation. At that time, I can sample moves with you, discuss any injuries or challenges, and your personal fitness goals. Can be done via Skype or Zoom.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ACE fitness certification, 5+ years of experience teaching and training clients for 24 Hour Fitness, YMCA of DFW and Miss Fit Arlington and a bit of virtual instruction March- September 2020.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$8/virtual lesson via Zoom. 45 min.
$25/hr personal lesson-includes my equipment. Please book 1 week in advance. NOT AVAIL AT THIS TIME.
$10/hr per person group lesson or event-includes my equipment. Please book 2 wks in advance. NOT AVAIL AT THIS TIME.
$30/hr per child or adult (i.e. bachelorette party) that includes my equipment and party favors such as tutus you keep or bridal party keepsake shirts, etc. Please book 3 wks in advance, $50 deposit. NOT AVAIL AT THIS TIME.
How did you get started teaching?
I am a Lifetime Academy graduate. Went on to earn my ACE certificate and teach Barre, Bootybarre, Bbarreless, and Pop Pilates for 24 Hour Fitness.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with male and female students, ranging from 12 years old to senior, with a variety of abilities and fitness backgrounds.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
It was exciting to coteach and cohost the Pop Pilates Popstar Party at Hulen and Horne in Fort Worth!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Look for someone who responds to your goals and needs.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Think about what kind of format you prefer. Do your goals involve cardio, strength, balance, flexibility? How often do you want to workout? Can you carve out uninterrupted time for a workout?
