Currently I only can work with people who have horses.
I teach people how to understand horses & how they think. It's not about my ego. I never belittle or talk down to anyone. If I am yelling, it is because it's a safety issue.. If people think they know everything, they are doomed. We are all still learning. I specialize in working with behavioral issues, helping owners gain trust in their horses. Building a strong bond with their horses..

I bought my MFT at 3 yrs old. She had been backed, but not really broke. I had a bad experience the first time I rode her and became very fearful as I have a hip replacement that was not totally successful and my leg is partially paralyzed. Then I met Vicki. She first trained and rode Ember on trails, then gave me lessons on Ember to get over my fear. Now, 8 years later my horse and I make “a hell of a team”. I can’t thank Vicki enough. Her knowledge and confidence and teaching skills are 100% !

VICKI Is an amazing person and Trainer she gave us our core riding skills.. She cares about the people abd the horses would work with her again any day !

I started with Vicki and she was absolutely wonderful. Eventually went to a new barn and went with a trainer who turned out to be extremely abusive... trainer left and i went back to vicki with extreme confidence issues and a new horse sold to me as beginner safe but was absolutely NOT beginner safe. Vicki worked hard with my horse and I, if it wasn't for her I wouldn't be the rider I am today nor would I have bonded with my now beginner safe heart horse. Highly recommend her! I would take lessons again in a heart beat if she was close to me.

Grew up on a working horse ranch. Have worked at 2 different reining training barns.
