    We schedule a consult to determine which person would be the best fit for your needs. From there you will identify your short and long-term goals and agree on a plan with your coach. You may always adjust your plan/goals, but that gives you and your coach a focus of what to work on and which skills to begin working towards. 

    All coaches/counselors have advanced degrees (Master's or higher) as well as a post-graduate internship and additional training and certification in their areas of specialty.
