My mission is to guide the individual on how to have the best life that they deserve. I give them tools to utililze anytime, anywhere, regardless of the challenge. We will work on bringing balance of mental, emotional, and physical aspects of their personality in a non-harming way.
I have been teaching mindful meditation 10+yrs. I have also been teaching yoga & pilates 20+yrs. I work with individuals, groups and people of all ages. I have volunteered teaching meditation at LoneStar College and Kingwood Community Center. I currently do sessions from my home (Zen Den), clients homes, outdoors, Facetime or Zoom. We meet privately with Lynn weekly for our yoga ‘treat’. She seemingly knows exactly what we need each time and varies her program to address the issues. She is an excellent yoga instructor and a delightful person.
The energy and attention she gives her students going over any normal expectations!
Lynn has a unique approach, using whatever fitness tools and methods will help me the most. She can adapt to any fitness level from over 60 and “never trained”, to former college athlete looking for something different. I leave her sessions feeling great and that feeling flows to other areas of my life because she tunes her approach to help mind and body, not just one area.
I like to explain what the student will do, why they are doing it and what is supporting them (in a pose).

I started practicing yoga almost 30 years ago based on my own personal needs. My mind and body needed some attention and the doctors were not able to help me. Because my life changed radically once I took charge of my well-being, I knew I had found my true purpose in life and wanted to share this with others.
I have worked with people of all ages (kids to seniors), all genders, and religious beliefs. I teach individuals, groups and partners (couples, family, friends).
I am fond of live events, music, and any outdoor activities. I also attend conferences that empower people.
The student should ask the teacher what he/she teaches, how they teach and why.
The student should know what they are looking for and why. What is the ultimate goal.
