For more than 8 years, BBYU FIT has been delivering on our promise to provide quality weight loss programs backed with nutritional education to building muscles. We pride ourselves on never delivering anything less than perfection to our clients.
I am passionate about helping other achieve their goals. That reward for me is like watching a child open up his/her gifts on a Christmas morning.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We meet them for a fitness assessment which generally takes about 45 minuets. We listen to what the client goals are. We discuss nutrition, take measurements and complete a 15 mi Ute workout to assess their ability to proform difference exercise to help us understand and corrections as well their level of fitness. Once that’s completed, we write our profile on the client and share plan to help them reach their goals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications in ISSA , NFPT hold coaching certification in Kettlebell, CycleTRX and nutrition

Personal Training 2 Days a week $461
Personal Training 3 Days a week $636
8 Weeks Women’s Strength Training $300
How did you get started teaching?
Sustained a football injury to my back in high school. Had learn to strengthen my back after surgery. So working out became apart of my life. After training with family and friends. I decided wow, I can really help others.
What types of students have you worked with?
Stay at Moms, expecting mother’s, teen trying out for sports, CEO’s . Age range 9 years old to 70 years

Helping one client lose 130 in one year.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Be sure they have credibility from proven organizations.
