Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
ONLINE: We have a quick call or they fill out our survey to find out their goals and current situation. We then develop a personalized training program, diet plan, etc. We will have a second call to go over questions, then follow up by sending videos to explain workouts and plans. Afterwards our clients will talk with us daily through messages.
IN-PERSON: Our clients will fill out a brief survey or come into the gym and discuss their goals with our trainers. We will then develop a personalized program and began training immediently! Once again our clients will have daily contact or contact as needed with their trainer of choice.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM - personal training certification
Physical therapy certification
Certified nutritionist
George has all 3 of the above certifications and more, each of our trainers has a minimum of 2.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
ONLINE: Online varies on the needs; programs start at $20. But working on a daily basis with calls can range from $30-$90 per month.
IN PERSON: In person training is as low as $30 per session when buying 10+ sessions. If buying individual sessions: we start at $40 per hour.
How did you get started teaching?
George began bodybuilding in his teenage years and fell in love with the gym scene. After developing and growing over 10 gyms, he began working with professionals to get them in shapes for fights, movies, etc. He has since moved to helping anyone possible achieve their fitness goals.
Each trainer has been working out 4+ years, has been trained by George, and has worked with clients for over a year, out of their love for fitness.
What types of students have you worked with?
We work with everyone!
We have worked with bodybuilders and actors, but nowadays we work with anyone who has goals in fitness and wants to get into shape!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who has a mix of passion, experience, and education. If all three of those areas are not combined, there will always be an aspect missing from your training and goals will be less likely to achieve.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Find ouw why you want to be in shape! And most of all be passionate and ready to go!
Even with the best training, the trainer isn't the one working out, it is the trainee.
