I have been working with Hillary for almost a year and all I can say is WOW! Hillary meets you where you are at, then helps you build your skills from there. Whether you are brand new to riding or a seasoned equestrian, Hillary will help take you to the next level. She is patient, encouraging, and truly an expert in her field. I cannot speak highly enough about her and Loco Caballo. Do yourself a favor and take a lesson with Hillary. You won’t regret it!

The level of dedication that Hilary puts into her horses and riders is far superior than any barn we’ve ever been apart of. The connection she talks about having with the horse was exactly what we were looking for. My daughter has learned more in only a few months than she has learned in the past year with another organizationS. We are supports for life!!

Hilary has an amazing ability to read horses and riders. I’ve had so many break throughs in my ridding since I’ve started working with her and it has really helped my confidence in and out of the saddle!

Hilary has a great way of breaking down the fundamentals of training and connecting with horses. I’ve spent over a year training with Hilary on a couple of very different horses. What I like is that she works with and sees each horse individually and her training really compliments the horses (and riders)! Her ability to teach the most basic of fundamentals to the nuances of energy and connection is inspiring. My confidence has grown exponentially since working with Hilary and that transfers directly under saddle!

Our children have gone from knowing almost nothing about horses to becoming very accomplished riders. But Loco Caballo is more than just learning to ride a horse. Through the instructors careful teaching and attention, both our children have learned a ton about understanding, reading, predicting, and caring for horses. They both gained confidence and self reliance in themselves and have become more responsible in general. They eagerly look forward to their time with the horses as well as the time with the instructor who truly cares about them as people. Loco Caballo has been a great experience for both the kids and us.

Hilary is fabulous no matter what your current skill level is. Her understanding of both Horses and Humans is beyond any I’ve seen. I’ve learned more from Hilary in the last year than in the previous 10! Not only was I able to learn from both her and her great horses, she was excellent in helping me purchase a horse of my own
