What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When it comes to working with a new client I take the same approach that I would with a student in the classroom. I would analyze, evaluate, and begin to formulate a plan so that my clients can grow in the right direction.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an certified educator and a coach for over 8 years now in the states of Louisiana and Texas. A large number of athletes that I've trained and/or coached have been on the youth sports and high school level.
I am a certified personal trainer and sports nutritionist through ISSA along with several years as a strength and conditioning coach in the private and collegiate ranks.

Option A- $35 per training session -each session is 1 hour
Option B- 6 Training Sessions for $160
Option C- 8 Training Sessions for $190
Option D- 10 Training Sessions for $215

How did you get started teaching?
I've been coaching and training youth sports since 2014. I knew that once my college career was over, this was the most logical step for me. Luckily as a teacher I'm able to coach a variety of sports and help my athletes develop year after year!
What types of students have you worked with?
While I do have experience working on the collegiate level, the majority of the athletes I've worked with have been on the middle school and high school level.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
How will this help me get better? Getting 1% better each day is the goal. That question should be at the forefront of any training.
