Movement was always in my blood. I love to dance and challenge my body, and with that I challenge my clients.
I combined my love for Pilates with my passion for ballet and barre, for 55 minutes of hard and worthable full-body workout at your home.
I try to keep my routines interesting and challenging, as well as keeping them fun.
I do encourage my students to keep a healthy lifestyle and motivate them to workout at least 20 minutes a day.

Vered is Great! We take private pilates lessons with her at our home. She always arrives on time, and is always energetic and in a cheerful mood. She adjusts the lesson plan to meet our changing needs, and takes great care in working closely with my mother-in-law who is in her eighties and requires modifications. We are grateful to have her guide us to better health.
First session will be to get to know each other. Will be more low impact with no equipment so I can know better how to create the workout to fit the client.
