Hi, my name is Lamont Norton and I’ve spent the last 11 years loving the game of basketball. Through playing at a high level, teaching basketball, and watching and learning from great players I have gained innumerable amounts of knowledge, and I am prepared to share with any student willing to learn. My workouts focus on you and your specific needs. I do not have preset layouts for every client I work with, the workouts we do in the gym are designed for your individual athlete and their specific goals.
