I believe growth happens through teaching, learning, and building strong relationships with athletes. I am committed to helping players develop both on and off the field through hard work, discipline, and a championship mindset. Every athlete’s journey is different, and I take pride in working alongside players and their families to help them reach their full potential.

What drives me most is seeing the passion, determination, and effort athletes bring every day, along with the support from their families. I enjoy watching players grow through the process, overcome challenges, and achieve their goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

The typical process I have with working with a new student is, 1. Introduction, Introuducing myself to the student and family members then to the family and student introuducing themselves as well to establish communication and a connection. 2. Getting to know what teachings they require, Such as sport, position, strengths and weaknesses can help me understand what I need to do to help and improve. 3. Collecting the information and putting together a schedule of the lesson/session. That will include Warmups, Basics, and Drills. 4. Reporting the feedback and breakdown of the lesson/Session to the player and family.

The standard pricing for my lessons are, The lesson/session will cost $30 an hour that includes position drills and one on one instruction.

How did you get started teaching?

I started teaching by volunteering and getting hired to football programs and learning through experience and being taught the knowledge through mentors. I have worked with middle and high school students.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Advice that I would give a student looking to hire a teacher in my area of expertise is, 1. Be ready, We will work and learn together on becoming better as a player and person to help complete your goals. 2. Be ready to be taught and not yelled at. Most coaches today still take steps in raising their voice to install discipline and fear into players. What I have learned that works for me is to talk to the players as if they were adults themselves and proceed to work together.
