My focus is teaching the fundamentals of health and understanding your mind body connection through holistic methods that promote longevity and disease prevention. Working towards creating a lifestyle thats specific to your health needs and goals in whatever area of life that you feel is out of balance.
Seeing my students finding their own passions as we progress through the coarse and gaining more self confidence in their everyday life.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First priority is to go over a health asessment to understand any aliments or deficiencies students may be suffering with along with a physical assessment to observe imbalances in the muscle and joint movements. From there we will discuss implementing new habits and daily routines geared towards their goals. Second I put them through a health program to help understand how their body reacts to certain foods and transition through different food groups to eliminate cravings and detox the body with whole foods. I provide sustainable methods to help keep them on track with creating new habits for their diet and mobility regimen that is catered towards their work and home life.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Studied at The Institute of Integrative Nutrition, certification through the National Academy of Sports Nutrition, in addition with a certification in Fitness Nutrition Specialist.

How did you get started teaching?
I started with a personal trainer myself and found my passion as my own body changed and went through it's own transformation. Fitness follows nutrition as the body can not progress without the proper nutrients we need to perform. By continuing my education I recognized the immense power the body had to heal itself through holistic remedies including quality vitamins and minerals in conjunction with a well rounded nutritionally dense diet and exercise. I am extremely passionate about my work as it has dramatically improved the quality of my own life I know how it can in turn elevate others as well and prevent major aliments that plague society today.
What types of students have you worked with?
In my line of work as a health coach and fitness instructor I have worked with a variety of clientele. From weight loss, building strength, to clients wanting to improve overall mental health and emotional traumas. No matter the case it comes down to one simple task of uncovering mental blocks and reprogramming the mind. From there the body will re-balance itself. Changes in thought patterns, mood elevation, regain mobility, increase flexibility, enhanced endurance and strength.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This year one of my students lost 30lbs in 3 in a half months. She no longer suffers from anxiety and has implemented a sustainable lifestyle that works with her schedule. She has let go of unhealthy habits and can be self sufficient in her exercise routine. She feels and looks radiant in her own skin. Everything that I implement in my program is designed to gain the knowledge for my students to execute their goals and sustain them long term. Fully understading their physical body, mental and emtional needs.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find someone who has the skills and techniques your wanting to develop and the lifestyle you want to embody.
