My passion is to work with motivated adults that are sedimentary and leading them to an active life style thus improving their health and quality of life. I want to help folks to keep moving, improve their fitness, extend their healthy years, reduce stress in their life and achieve success in meeting personal goals.
I have personally battled with keeping myself fit and healthy, so I am extremely empathetic to other's journeys and struggles. This understanding has been extremely helpful in aiding others to achieve success with their own motivation. I individualize programs to meet each client's schedule, availability to equipment and ability levels.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Quick evaluation and behavioral contract. Then get started. A tailored program will be developed within two weeks of exercise evaluation.

30 year military career of fitness and sports.
