From the beginning of my first lesson until now, my movements have been directed specifically to meet my physical needs. I began at a very low level without much strength or flexibility. A major problem was that I lacked connection to my body, and I was unable to get stronger just through
walking. Carolina understood how to get me from where I was to a place of overall better strength, better balance, and more confidence. No two lessons have been the same yet. She always listens to what Im struggling with and helps me with some very practical movements which at 70
years old, I needed to get better at. I have found that my connectivity to movement has improved to a better place than it has ever been. I am doing exercises which Carolina taught me, at home. I am feeling safe while I do chores around the house, and my posture is greatly improved. I can move better getting in and out of the car also. I am convinced that these lessons, using the Reformer and the Barre etc are the only way I could have seen this improvement. It is not stating it too strongly to say this is changing my life. Based on a new confidence in my strength and balance who knows what Ill try!

Carolina is an exceptional instructor who truly stands out. Her wealth of knowledge and remarkable patience make every session with her both enlightening and enjoyable. I began training with Carolina when I discovered I had a torn labrum. I can confidently say that her guidance has been invaluable in my journey towards strength and improved well-being.
Carolina tailors workouts specifically to my unique needs and limitations. With her help, Ive not only become stronger but also experienced a significant improvement in how I feel on a daily basis.
