Meet new people and building relationships is very important to me. Helping people smile and feel good about themselves, their body and their health is a rewarding part of being a fitness professional.
Helping clients increase strength, flexibility and weight loss so they can achieve activities of daily living can be life changing. Giving someone hope that they can and will achieve their goals is a fulfilling part of my career.
I am passionate about fitness and I realize that a client may not be. I have been told my enthusiasm is contagious so taking someone from not wanting to exercise to the point of enjoying and looking forward to it as a part of their lifestyle brings me much personal satisfaction.
