What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We typically go over an Online assessment where we want to get to know you better. We go through a brief questionnaire where we observe your health and fitness goals which then determines what kind of customized program would work best for you.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We offer economical price points for each of our programs and based upon your personal fitness goals, we discuss which program would work best for you. If needed, we can create a flexible Payment Plan that best suits your budget. We understand the stress that obligations and bills put upon us but that shouldn't be a reason why you can't begin working on your goals. We are willing to work around any issue and focus on conquering any problems that may arise.
How did you get started teaching?
We understand how difficult it is to begin your journey, it takes a lot of courage and commitment to take that very first step towards reaching your goals. In my lowest point in life, I was lost and knew I needed to make a change so I began researching, studying and applying it into my own routine. Once I reached my goal, it made me realize how much the everyday person struggles to stay consistent and overcome plateaus. We want to provide direction and the right tools needed in order for you to begin progressing and becoming the person you were meant to be.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
At some point in your life, regardless of what you are striving for, I recommend you take some time to ponder and ask yourself these following questions: WHAT exactly is my goal? WHAT will I gain out of it? WHO am I doing this for? WHY do I want to reach this desired goal? HOW am I going to get there? WHEN do I expect to be there? WHEN will I begin working towards my goal? Then figure out which provider best suits your needs and I hope to be the one to help you on your journey.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
One thing to consider is a new way of Personal Training which is, Online Training. It is the ability to access expert advice along with customized workout and nutrition programs, economical prices compared to paying for costly sessions each week for several months, and you have the freedom to choose when and where you workout! Of course if you desire that personal touch, we also provide One on One Personal Training in nearby areas.
