Hello, welcome to my profile. My name is Lafi D. Uesele. I go by 'Coach Soli'. I basically coach high school golf; both boys and girls. I've been coaching golf for eight years and counting. I'm also a golf instructor mostly during my off season (from high school). I'm basically retired. I do this mostly because golf is a 'Hobby' for me, per sé. I work basically with high school age to adults. I'm available Monday through Friday (when either of my teams have events). I tried to leave Saturday's as a day of for myself (I will still make an exception). If that happens, I'm usually available during Saturday mornings. I do not work Sundays!
I have a 'tee to green' approach to teaching golf. That would be evident by my experience with coaching high school athletes. I will adjust that focus depending on the skill level of those asking for improvements with their games and in specific areas of their interest. I also use video assessments and analysis. I do one hour sessions, and if we go over the hour a little bit, it's not a problem.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Begin with fundamentals.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a high school golf coach. I'm in the middle of our high school golf season, and time would be of the essence. I will work with a new client around my golf season. Weekends would work as well as late afternoons.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Pricing is standard with all golf pros. I have an adjusted price for juniors players that are playing in high school and junior beginners.
How did you get started teaching?
I was asked by our high school to coach our golf team. Golf is my Solace! I've loved the game since I was introduced to it and I have studied it and have become a student of the game.
What types of students have you worked with?
Adults to first timers, seasoned players to weekend hackers.
