Hey everyone! My name is Bowen, and I love that game of golf. I have played since I was 11 years old, won a state championship in high school, and even played at the collegiate level. I started teaching golf lessons two years ago, and I love being able to improve the experience of my students with the greatest game on earth. My specialty is with beginners, but I also work with more intermediate players to help gain consistency in their game. No matter your skill level, I want to make golf more fun for you!

Bowen is a great golf teacher and coach. He is very knowledgeable and because of this he has helped me with my swing mechanics and confidence. He has been patient and my lessons have been very fun. I would highly recommend Bowen for anyone wanting to take their golf game to the next level.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I typically begin by observing a handful of shots from the longest drive to the shortest putt. From there, I focus on the core fundamentals (grip, stance, aiming, contact, etc.) that will build good, repeatable habits.

From there, I take the student through a few easily practiced drills that bring focus to the most important parts of every golf shot: contact, aim, and ball flight. Once those are learned and consistent, we can fine tune to make you a great golfer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have worked with a few dozen students in the past three years in a one-on-one setting, and I have worked with multiple kids golf camps.

Through my own improvement in the game and from multiple coaches, I've learned the drills and techniques that build a great golf swing.
