Hidden Valley Mixed Martial Arts of Sandy, Utah has been providing instruction in a variety of martial art forms and fitness since 2004. Our students – men and women, boys and girls of all ages – come to our studio because of our reputation of providing the best in both traditional martial arts and the newly popular mixed method application of training. At Hidden Valley, we offer Martial Arts training, Self Defense and MMA in a safe, friendly environment. At Hidden Valley Mixed Martial Arts, we are one team, one family!

Hidden Valley Mixed Martial Ares is a full-service training center where we offer instruction from internationally certified trainers and instructors. For example, you can learn Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, a century’s old tested self-defense method comprised of the most technical and innovative ground fighting skills known to exist. Kodokan Judo is the fighting art of the samurai that will teach you devastating throws and bone-crushing submission holds. We also teach Muay Thai Kick boxing, the art known as the art of 8 limbs, which teaches you to take out any opponent with vicious punches, kicks, elbow strikes and thrusting knees. We use these arts to teach Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) the fastest and most explosive martial art and sport to hit the scene in over 100 years!
