What is your typical process for working with a new student?
A brief introduction so each individual can describe his/her fitness or competition goals,then we develop a schedule of workout times. Our first meeting will be a general basic workout to see what the student fitness and skill level is.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a collegiate athlete with an expertise in track and field training as well as certifications. I have done strength and conditioning for Olympic sports based athletes as well as other non traditional sports for over 10 years now
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Price varies according to goals normal ($25 a session normally)-
$150- (8 session) twice a week (Month)
200- (12 session) 3 times a week (Month)
