2D Pole & Fit

2D FIT, also known as 2D Pole FIT, is a distinguished fitness boutique located in Fort Washington, Maryland, established in 2016. They offer an array of unique fitness experiences that foster women empowerment and inspiration, including Aerial & Lyra Hoop, Pole Fitness, Traditional Yoga, Barre, and Dance Fitness. The boutique is owned by Dawn, a certified personal trainer, fitness nutrition coach, and registered yoga teacher, who is passionate about promoting self-confidence through the art of fitness. 2D FIT is proud to identify as both Black-owned and women-owned.
