My Zumba and Jazzercise classes are fun, energized and play the best music! We have the caring professional instructors who are licensed and certified to give you a safe but affective workout. They always give hi and low impact options to modify for your needs. 15 years experience and loving every minute.
Our prices are reasonable but still give you the most for your money. We provide towel service (a cool lavender scented hand towel) after every workout as a reward for sweating and burning calories.
