About

I'm Kenneth Davis, I have been involved in the fitness industry for over 30 years. My clients are from many disciplines, varying ages with different health or fitness challenges. I must say that I sincerely love my profession, which is very rewarding and fulfilling. I provide training for clients who are otherwise healthy individuals as well as clients that are trying to improve their health and lifestyle. I currently train youth, adults and seniors. Aside from personal training, I conduct fitness boot camps, workshops for fall prevention, provide youth athletic development and conditioning for ages 6-18., as well as, wedding preshape-ups. Training is performed individually, in groups or couples. Furthermore, being that I was raised by seniors, I must say that I have a great understanding and respect for the issues they face. Also, I currently hold several certificates as a Youth Fitness Specialist from the International Youth Conditioning Association. They include Strength and Conditioning, Speed and Agility, Nutrition as well as others.     I initially have a required consultation with a prospective client. I want to get to know them as a person as well as their goals. This gives me the groundwork to begin developing  a program which will allow my client to achieve those goals.

    I have a minor in biology (anatomy and physiology). Various certifications and certificates in fitness pertaining to the average healthy adults, youth, seniors as well as others recovering from injuries or serious health conditions.
    Pricing varies from in person to virtual training
    Begin educating myself about fitness in undergraduate school.
    I have trained as young as age 6 and as old as 102. My clients range from basic fitness levels to stroke recovery and clients with many other health issues. Youth athletic training in speed, conditioning, agility, strength, mobility, quickness among other disciplines.
    I get so much satisfaction and gratification from working with and talking with her. She is an inspiration!
