I use the latest research and technology to build optimal training programs for my clients. We review a number of details via the interview and a body analysis machine fills in the amount of water, muscle and fat in the body and where it is located. This allows is to program for an effective exercise and meal plan for fast and optimal results
I really enjoy helping people reach their goals in a way that works best for them. I find that is best to realize that you're here to help and not preach at people. Listening is so important because I want my clients to know I care about their fears and concerns more than just pushing them to do something that I might want.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We have a exercise readiness and medical review interview at the beginning of every new program. Following the review, we then have a total body analysis to see body composition and fitness evaluation. This information is used to prioritize certain muscle groups or types of training to provide an optimal workout. We also discuss various ways to design our workouts so they can be fun and exciting!
