I am A trainer that focuses on, On field peformance. Meaning no matter what sport or position you play in your sport of choice. My goal is to make everday movements become natural. Can't play fast if your thinking about what to do or how to move! Also providing strength and conditioning bc we can reach our full potiential if we aren't in shape.
I've been an athlethe since i was 10 years old playing multiple sports including martial arts, until i fell in love with football at the age of 10.
My football experience includes:
3yrs of little league/youth football
4yrs of high school football
4yrs of college football
2yrs of semi-pro football
1yr of arena football
I also coach as well been coaching at wakefield high school for 4yrs now. started at freshman level. varsity level the last 3yrs
I am able to coach/train any position needed but i speacialize at skilled positions(QB,RB,WR,TE,LB,CB,S)

Understand the its a process to becoming good/great at your craft and hard work will always beat talent when talent doesnt work hard
