I have been coaching for about 7 years in the Montgomery County area. I have Athlete's go on to play in college. They have gained 20lbs in the weightroom and have gotten quicker and faster on the field with a year of training.

This is my first time going out to be a football coach! I have played football my whole life, I absolutely love the sport! I still play for a semi-pro football team hoping to make it to the NFL. But until then I thought I share my knowledge to young athletes, and help them become better overall football players. I do only coach defensive/or offensive lineman P.S I only work in the Northern Virginia area
