About
Peter is a PGA Coach at the Trent Wearner Golf Academy at Meridian Golf Club in Englewood, CO. After playing golf for Roanoke College, Peter began teaching golf in Roanoke, VA, where his passion for golf instruction flourished. His passion for helping others has led to his endless desire to learn and hone his craft. In 2019, Peter was voted in Golf Digest as a Best in State Teacher. He is a TPI Certified Junior Coach, US Kids Certified and Flatstick Certified instructor. Peter utilizes his FlightScope X3 and SAM PuttLab to evaluate his students and draws from previous exerpeices as a player and coach to help his students perform on the course.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start out with an initial 60 min lesson where we discuss your goals and we analyze your game to create a game plan for your improvement.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
A 1 Hr private lesson costs $120 for adults and $100 for juniors. Multi lesson packages are available at a discount.
How did you get started teaching?
I began teaching in 2012 when I had the opportunity to teach junior golf at Ridgewood Country Club.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have worked with beginner junior golfers all the way up to mini tour professionals.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't hesitate to ask potential instructors questions. Shop around to make sure you find the right fit for your game and personallity.
