About
Alyssa Greymont hails from Northern California where she grew up in several horse discipline areas. She started her equestrian career in eventing and show jumping. After over 8 years in English riding that transitioned to English pleasure and in-hand showing, she transitioned to primarily western riding and competed all over the U.S Western States and Texas in Western Pleasure, Showmanship, Trail, Barrel Racing, Gymkhana, and Drill Team. She was a recognized prestigious rider for the California 'Pageant of the Flags', a state drill team that opens every rodeo during the national anthem. She has spent years in California being an assistant trainer at a world class English and Western Pleasure barn as well as being the primary equestrian for a high-class dressage barn bringing Spanish horses and Arabians up to level-two dressage. Alyssa specializes in helping riders find their connections with horses and building confidence and knowledge to be able obtain any short and long term goal with horses. Alyssa has, also, trained students that went on to compete in college schools such as U.C Davis and Stanford. She enjoys rescuing horses and rehabbing as well as behavior solving.
