I've been a personal trainer for over 25 years and love helping people reach their goals no.matter how big or small they may be. I currently do online and in person at Olympus gum in Burke, VA. I'm certified through NASM CPT and ACE Health Coach. I have worked in very varied environments which included working at the Virginia Spine Institute and as a corporate bootcamp instructor.
I came to Tony mid pandemic Summer of 2020 with a weak back, weak core and an eagerness to get stronger. I had a scapula that popped in and out at times when I would carry my daughter or just with sudden movements - very painful. Since having my daughter I lost the ability to properly engage my core and I was afraid of getting hurt through exercise and also confused on the best approach to getting stronger. With time, lots of rehab work, and lifting heavier than ever; I gained strength and recovered the trust and confidence in my body to lift more and better than before. Along the way I also discovered other areas that needed improvement and the lifting techniques to address them. I am so grateful for everything I learned in my sessions with Tony as I continue to use them today and build upon them. The workouts are tough and required to mentally push myself. I trust Tony because he understands people’s physical limits more than anyone I know and that is crucially important to seeing results.
