I grew up with hardly any physical
exercise as I was homeschooled
for the majority of my young life.
Now, after some time and a lot of
self-reflection, I decided to work
with Robert Womack. I will say
that this has already been a very
tough yet rewarding experience
for me. The negative days along
with the bouts of self-loathing
and doubt have only been
opportunities for Robert to pick
me up. Hes very keen on making
me proud of my progress, and
to not be afraid to share it with
those around me. The very thing
that sets Robert apart is the fact
that hes willing to give you the
answer you need rather than the
answer youd like to hear. He truly
believes in the people he coaches
With that being said, lm looking
forward to continued growth, and
to gain the ability to set constant
measurable goals.

How did you get started teaching?
Before I became a certified personal trainer I was helping people in my local gym, answering questions, and motivating them. In my work life at the time I was a military instructor which developed my interest in teaching and working with people. The both of these became the spark for the passion that I now have.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked worked with individuals in age groups ranging from young adult to middle age. This also includes those with mild joint problems and medical conditions that are cleared by their healthcare provider.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
The biggest question to ask would be if you have any reservations or obligations that may keep you from going forward. For example, financial obligations or time restraints.
