I believe everyone has a level of greatness in them. My goal is to help athletes young and old, whether it is your everyday life or athletic performance preseason, season and postseason training, perform at their peak and ultimately achieve their best possible results and become beasts in that sport. I am dedicated to creating and developing an aggressive technically sound program to enhance an individual’s athleticism by combining strength, power, coordination, reactive agility, balance, flexibility along with cultivating a dominating attitude. I also engage the mental aspect of an individual to reduce fatigue (mentally and physically). Ultimately improving joint stability, range of motion, muscular strength and power, and mental resiliency while preparing a person for the demands of their fitness goals. I provide strength and conditioning programs for little league, Prep, High School, And College. it is never too early to get an edge.
I have over 20 years of experience with fitness (strength & conditioning and football). I use the 16 years of knowledge I gain from the military physical fitness programs and 20 plus years as a Football player. I have played at every level of the game from High school to professional. Now as a coach, I have helped kids reach their dreams of playing at the next level. People I have coached/trained went on to play at places ranging from Virginia Tech to Bowie State University and as Elite as the Pittsburg Steelers and Dallas Cowboys.
I’ve studied under great programs like 4th and Inches Sports Performance, BSA Sports Lab, and a few other. I am also a Certified Personal Trainer from the National Personal Training Institute.
