Won Up Prep Academy provides pro level coaching and training techniques for athletes that particularly play defensive back and wide receiver.

Won Up Prep, LLC was started as a coaching company providing personal coaching, professional development and athletic development to student-athletes by Richmond native, Timone Brown in 2016.

In August of 2020, Timone launched the Academy - helping student athletes improve their skillset and mindset during the impact of the pandemic; which caused the 2020 football season to be postponed until 2021.

Since August:

• The Academy has worked with over 60 athletes

• Academy members have gained access to over 10 professionals in numerous fields, including: Real Estate, Trading, Construction, Art and more.

• Members of the Academy have traveled to Atlanta to train with one of the best DB Coaches - Oliver Davis.

• Members of the Academy have visited University of Georgia, University of North Carolina Chapel Hill, and Georgia Tech University.

• The Academy has also connected with several NFL Alumni - providing members with top level exposure to information.

The Academy is now available online. Athletes can in personal coaching or virtual personalized coaching

Group Sessions - $50 for 2 hr (30 minute grace period afterwards)

Private Group Sessions - $75 for 2 hr

Private 1 on 1 Session - $100 for 2 hr

How did you get started teaching?

I started coaching others during my football career. After experience numerous challenges and setbacks in my personal life, I committed to using sports as a platform to help students similar to myself.
