Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
New students that are beginners are taught in a 90 minute window that way they get to learn how to brush and tack up the horseThey receive a full hour of riding instruction and then get to help put the horse and equipment away at the end of the lesson.I feel this teachers responsibility as well as helping the students get comfortable around the horses.
New students with riding experience are encouraged to take a trial private lesson.if they are interested in continuing after the private lesson we will discuss if they would like to do private lessons for group lessons .JGS riding teaches during the day and evenings.and on weekends.
