What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Lessons start with a current status evaluation and relationship building techniques as well intake of student goals.
We then build a student engaged learning and improvement plan including agreed milestones and action items to complete.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 20 years riding experience and have worked both with adult and youth riders. Additionally I have taught language learners and adult basic education.
