Cheryl has been teaching my son piano lessons and has done a fantastic job. Cheryl is kind, caring, and patient with lots of experience. The lessons are 30 minutes long. She makes the lessons fun and enjoyable which keeps my son engaged. Cheryl has been an amazing piano teacher. It has been the most wonderful place for my son to take piano lessons. I would highly recommend Cheryl. You will be impressed.

Pyllis has been teaching my kids for over 2 years, now ages 7 and 9. My 9 yo daughter made huge advancements in her skill compared to a previous teacher she had for a few months. Compared with their peers also taking piano elsewhere, they are certainly more advanced. Phyllis is kind a d patient but also definitely implements needed structure and feedback for kids to continuously improve. She will be my kids piano teacher as long as she is still teaching. Both my kids have read this review and stamped their agreement.

I've been taking lessons with Jared for a little over three years. When I first started I had zero music experience and simply wanted to be able to play guitar along with my favorite songs, yet soon enough I was having so much fun with it that guitar turned into a very real passion. I think guitar finds you at the right time in life. However, I also think it was the right teacher at the right time, because Jared's love for guitar is contagious. Jared is very skilled at guitar as well as extremely knowledgeable. He is also patient and creative in teaching it, as well as invested in his students. He's the kind of teacher who cares. I'm so thankful for these years of learning from him.

Jacob is an excellent with kids. He tries to connect with them by getting to know them on a personal level. He makes sure that he is teaching to the interests of his students. Jacob really breaks down the music so that it is easier to learn. Try Jacob out- you won't be disappointed.

Heidi has been my private music teacher for more years than I can count on my fingers (14 years). Through all my phases, (elementary - university) she has supported me so much. I play the flute, and when I was first learning it took a while, but Heidi was kind and patient and let me have all the time in the world to learn. Heidi is kind and thoughtful, an attentive listener, and cares lots for the musical community. Her taste in music is phenomenal, and she cares deeply about collaboration and listening to what her students have to say. I have never given up because of Heidi, she's the best teacher I've ever had. Highly recommend! 10/10!

I had always wanted to learn piano and I wanted to have something that my kids and I could learn together. I needed someone who was going to be good with both adults and kids and Rachel fit that perfectly. Rachel helped me by being so patient and encouraging. She made the learning process really fun but always challenged us to try to push ourselves in our learning. Her encouragement helped us want to practice in between lessons and we looked forward to her visits. She helped grow our love of learning music instead of making it feel like a chore. We were always excited to learn new songs and new lessons. My kids were very comfortable learning from Rachel. When they were struggling or made mistakes, her encouragement helped them to push through and make great improvements. Ms. Lauri came highly recommended to me through a mom group that I am in. My son (he is 9 and in the highly capable program, but as high cap kids can be, is very particular about how he processes and learns things) was showing interest in learning to play the piano. I wanted to make sure whoever taught him would be able to understand and be patient with him. Ms. Lauri and I had extensive conversations about Jax, his learning style, challenges he might show etc. prior to committing to lessons. We decided it was a good fit and my gosh, best decision ever! Jax LOVES playing the piano and really enjoys learning from Ms. Lauri. Hearing him play has brought so much joy to our home and we are looking forward to his first virtual recital and to see how he’ll continue to learn and grow.
