I love this place..!! I like the simplicity, but yet it has it all. I am starting to have personal training with Jennifer Mortensen to help keep my back (that I injured last year) in a happy place. Its fun to watch all the interaction and personal one on one training, or group one on one training, as you are working out yourself or on one of the cardio machines. I have the best of both worlds. Not only do I belong to this awesome gym, but I also have my own workout room at home with everything I need there, with the intent to keep my body moving for the "health of it". Go Strong Center..!!

I absolutely love this gym. The employees are very helpful and encouraging. The price is not high and they have what I need. Always feel good after a nice workout there.
