What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically we do an assessment by gathering health and history information, consultation, and movement screens. We discuss goals and challenges, and then move forward with a treatment plan.

How did you get started teaching?
Remember those awful physical fitness tests in P.E. class? Well Dave hated those too! After growing to love the sense of empowerment that health and fitness provided, we wanted to share that with others. Lots of education and certifications later, we actually consult with and train other to become certified.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Training a woman to get ready for knee replacement surgery. We actually call this "pre-habilitation" and it really makes the recovery process much faster and better. She is well on her way to a more active life!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Interview them, try them out, and make sure they are a good fit for you.
