I played division 1 football at the University of Washington, where I was a 3 year starter for the Huskies. I also played 5 seasons in the NFL. I was the 2010 starter at my position. I believe in the concept of “monkey see, monkey do,” meaning I will always demonstrate everything I teach. Patience is key as a coach! I was active in marathon running until an injury derailed my running career, I want to help athletes avoid the mistakes I made. I have completed 30+ mile runs and finished a marathon at just over 3 hours (PR).

Soccer- Started playing when I was 4. Started playing select for U-11 Crossfire at age 7. Played for WA ODP u-13 - u-15. For high-school, all 3 years I made first team. Senior year named all king-co MVP and all state goal keeper Played for Southern University, until I had a severe back injury.
