Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I try and get a feel for the goals a new client is trying to attain and cater their workouts/diet to fit. Each person is different between body make up, experience, metabolism, goals, priorities and lifestyle... Creating a program that fits each individual is key to ensuring measured and continued success.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I charge $50 per session which is lower than most in the industry. My goal as a trainer is to empower you to take what you learn and make you self sufficient within 90 days. That is not to say you can't stay longer if you are enjoying the process 😁
What types of students have you worked with?
Young, old, in-shape, obese, women, men, straight, lgbtq, healthy bodies and injured bodies... Pretty much any and all walks of life. By catering my programming toward the individual I am able to accommodate all who are interested.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Go with who you feel comfortable with. Personalities can sometimes clash and that creates an awkward environment for everyone. The person with the most credentials might not mesh well with you personally, and the coolest trainer might not have enough knowledge to adequately take care of your needs. Feel people out before signing up!
