We are a unique situation in that we bridge the gap between beginners becoming novice fitness enthusiasts.. Training everyone in between with an emphasis on education based training towards helping our clients gaining independent control over their fitness programs.
I have been training all my life since the age of 14 so 34 years now involved in all aspects of the fitness industry from ownership, to management, to private training practice. I created the 321 Training Model at first based out of the need for other gyms need for qualified mentoring for their trainers and management for their fitness departments. This grew to eventually creating my own brand and company centered around my genuiness and love for teaching both facitlities, trainers, and clients alike to gain the useful knowledge to be successful in the direction they are trying to go and the goals they wish to achieve.
THe opportunity to teach and progress people's fitness level from point A to B with intentions of helping them have the courage and knowledge to take themselves to whatever Z is for them enjoying and experiencing everything they can along the way!
Its alway's a treat to see people I have trained in the past become quite the fitness enthusiasts long after we have parted ways and stayed in contact as friends!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We usually onboard with a couple of sessions to get to know each other and highlight what we offer and what to expect from us by the first sessions explaining the 321 training concept and how we intend to progress you from point A to B and beyond til you learn to maintain and take yourself to Z for life.. then the second one is about getting to know your body through a series of form checking and mini workout flow to see what kind of body we will be working with and what steps we need to take to start you off and guaging expected programs based on what we see and feel is our best approach! Then we get to work coming up with a plan and see what type of commitment we are looking at from you in a program!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied many certifications over the years working in many capacities of the industry from trainer to management to ownership! I currently operate my own private training studio practice that also provides mobile services within the greater Seattle area!
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
We currently offer a set monthly private training In-Studio rate of $220 per month with an opportunity to train everyday for up to 5 days a week Monday - Friday 6am -9pm Up to once a day! You can come 1 a week or everyday it’s up to you, your conditioning, and your schedule we will help you progress as you go.. we also offer Pop Up Bootcamps and Mobile 2U Training services for use as you go sessions with package rates of 1-$1.50 per minute for 30/45/60 minute sessions within 10mes of our studio!
How did you get started teaching?
I got started very young as a trainer to athletes in high school which eventually lead to me owning my own gym at young age of 19 and have never looked back from there!
What types of students have you worked with?
I have covered every clientile from sedentary beginniners to post rehab to high level athletes and everyone in between young and old!

I like to attend for myself Outdoor Yogi events with music incorporated on rooftops and props throughout Seattle!
