What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When a new client starts we have a discussion about their needs. We assess posture, fitness history, physical health and injuries. We discuss the client's goals. We then create a personal workout plan using the Pilates method and prescribe home exercises.

How did you get started teaching?
Started teaching Texas Women's University to the dancers. I have been teaching Pilates for 15 years.

All types, all age groups, all backgrounds and all walks of life. I feel that I can help anyone.

Currently performing in Arc Dance Production's Nutcraker.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a teacher who will listen to your personal needs and work with your individual body. Also, look for a teacher who can inspire you and always believe in you.
