We are the only Authentic Pilates studio on Mercer Island.
Myself, and all of the intructors at the studio love being challenged with all the different bodies that we come into contact with daily. Seeing and hearing about the changes that each client has accomplished with their hard work, makes us very happy.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We evaluate each person with their specific goals and/or injuries, and from that work towards their needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and the intructors at my studio have been trained and certified through Metropolitan Pilates or Pilates Seattle International. We all continue annually to receive continue education hours, either here locally, within the US or abroad.
