Northwest Elite Spirit
About
We teach mental and physical practices for elite athletes and performers.
My favorite moments are those euraka moments when the lesson or principal clicks and the athlete or performer experiences the flow state. Flow state is the state of optimal performance where mind and body are working as one.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I nail down my clients long term goals. We get very specific. We go over times they felt accomplished in the past and figure out what motivated them to those ends. We start with fundamentals and never get away from them. We just add to them. Heavy focus on being present in the moment and self evaluation of the clients physical and mental state. It's not always a routine. At each session we will discuss how you are feeling physically and mentally. We will adjust accordingly.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have certificates in Track and Field and sports related nutrition, psychology and sports fitness. I've had personal training certificates and Mixed Martial Arts Conditioning certificates. I have 30 + years practicing and sharing physical and mental practices and have worked with all ages from 6 to 60+.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard in person price is $60 per hour. If I have to travel over 25 miles I add an additional .35 cents per mile.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I home schooled my daughter and she went to State in track. We trained at home over the last year and I told her she would be able to do anything she wanted physically. The coaches constantly mentioned her ability to run any event. They also commented on her form saying she was a natural runner. They had no idea how hard she worked on her form. She was blown away that everything I said would happen happened. Eureka!
