Honestly, this will be my first professional cooking classes for the public. Many customers of mine asked me to start a cooking class, so that is why I am doing it. Its what love, breathe and live on. I felt that because of my background in the restaurant industry I can do an outstanding job, by combinding what Ive learned working in big companies as well as owning 6 restaurants myself. I know how to be efficient, and get the result that you need to make that perfecrt meal for your family.
When a student achieved what they are after than I am most satisfied and feel that I done my job.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Polly came to me and asked me if I know how to make fried calamari for her daughter wedding in early of 2022 and I told her 'Yes".
She didnt ask for a sample, but I was confident enough and offered her to do a taste test to see if it meets her expectation. She loved it, and now I got the contract for her daughter wedding. Serving 250 guests, appetizers, entrees, desserts and drinks.
I am also doing her other daughter graduation party this summer, 2021
