Cadence Horsemanship summer camp has been an incredible experience for my kids. They loved every minute and learned so much about horses. Every student is treated like they are the only student, with one-on-one attention paid to all the students. There is daily riding time for all, and when the sun is a little too intense, they have horse related games or crafts. My kids felt like they were part of the Cadence family from their first day at camp. Our experience at summer camp led to one of my daughters taking weekly riding lessons throughout the year and even entering a few horse shows. With Kristin as a trainer, my daughter’s confidence has grown beyond anything I could have expected. We are truly grateful for Kristin and the Cadence team. I couldn’t recommend Cadence Horsemanship more!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
First consult is free. 90 minutes. Haul in to arena or ride at owner location.
Eval off the horse. Longe horse. Observe rider through gaits. Discuss goals.
Build 8 week lesson plans. Prepare guidance packet/videos from varied sources. Weekly lessons to track progress and move through levels toward goals. Videotape exercises. Provide commentary for students later viewing.
